In every adult there lurks a child— an eternal child, something that is always becoming, is never completed, and calls for unceasing care, attention, and education. That is the part of the personality which wants to develop and become whole.”  Carl Jung

Who I work with

I often work with people who feel disconnected from themselves, caught in old patterns, or carrying the emotional after-effects of painful experiences.  This can look like:

Anxiety or overthinking

Finding it hard to relax, switch off, or trust life’s flow

Low self-worth or inner criticism

Feeling “not enough,” or struggling with shame

Loss and grief

After bereavement, relationship endings, or major life changes

Depression or emptiness

A loss of meaning, energy, or direction

Identity questions

Wondering “Who am I?” or “What do I really want?”

Addiction or self-soothing patterns

Using substances, work, or relationships to cope

Relationship struggles

Difficulty with closeness, boundaries, or communication

Life transitions

Career change, parenthood, relocation, or spiritual questioning

People come to therapy for different reasons and at different moments in life.

Some arrive in deep distress — overwhelmed, heartbroken, or in crisis — and need immediate space and attention. Others come when they sense it’s simply time to pause and look inward, to understand themselves more deeply or explore a new stage of life.

Wherever you find yourself, we start from there. The work is person-centred and collaborative, shaped by your pace and your needs. Sometimes that means stabilising and finding ground; sometimes it means going deeper into meaning and growth. Each journey is unique, and together we’ll find what feels right for you.
