“In every adult there lurks a child— an eternal child, something that is always becoming, is never completed, and calls for unceasing care, attention, and education. That is the part of the personality which wants to develop and become whole.” Carl Jung
Areas of Interest
Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck in old habits, or simply overwhelmed by life, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Areas We Can Explore Together

Identity, Neurodivergence & Self-Discovery
Exploring who you are beneath roles, expectations, and old patterns — and making space for a more authentic self to emerge.
Emotional Sensitivity & Regulation
Understanding your nervous system, building inner steadiness, and learning how to care for emotional intensity without shutting down.
Relationship & Attachment Patterns
Looking at how early dynamics shape current relationships — from people-pleasing and avoidance to overgiving and emotional distance.
Shame, Self-Worth & the Inner Critic
Unpacking harsh self-judgment and building a more compassionate, balanced relationship with yourself.
Addiction & Destructive Habits
Exploring the protective function of unhelpful behaviours, and finding new, sustainable ways to meet your emotional needs.
Early Wounding & the Inner Child
Gently working with younger parts of you that still carry unmet needs, grief, or fear — and offering them the care they didn’t receive.
If you’re not sure what’s wrong but know something’s off, that’s okay. You don’t need to have all the answers — that’s what we explore together.
My Approach
My work is rooted in Psychosynthesis — a model that sees every experience, even the painful ones, as meaningful.

I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in listening deeply, staying curious, and helping you reconnect with what’s true.
Therapy with me is relational and responsive — built on trust, emotional safety, and the relationship we form together. No two clients are the same, and I always adapt how I work to meet your unique needs, pace, and process.

Here are some of the ways we might work together:
Parts Work (Subpersonalities, IFS)
We explore your inner world — the Critic, the Carer, the Rebel — and help these parts feel heard and integrated, rather than in conflict.

Identity Exploration & Integration
If you’re questioning who you are — in terms of gender, neurodivergence, roles, or something harder to name — therapy offers a space to explore that openly. We look at the stories you’ve been told, what you’ve internalised, and what might want to shift. There’s no pressure to define yourself — just space to get curious and feel seen.
Chair Work
Using the Gestalt-style two-chair technique, we can give voice to different parts of you in dialogue. This can be especially helpful in working with inner conflict, stuckness, or shame.
Guided Imagery & Creative Tools
Sometimes images, metaphors, or drawings express what words can’t. We may use imagination, journaling, or visual exploration to tap into deeper meaning.
Body Awareness & Grounding
Emotions live in the body. We gently tune into sensations and energy to support presence, safety, and emotional regulation.
Mindfulness & Inner Observation
Learning to stay with yourself — even in discomfort — helps shift long-held patterns and build trust in your own inner ground.
Relational Depth
The therapeutic relationship itself can reveal a lot about how you relate to others and to yourself. We’ll pay attention to what happens in the room, as it often mirrors important dynamics in your life.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. Some sessions are quiet and reflective. Others are active and emotionally alive.
There’s space for all of it.
